Traditional german egg pasta. 500g. ( harde tarwe, griesmeel pasta )
Boil 1 litre water and 10g salt per 100g of noodles. Add the noodles to the salted boiling water and cook on high for approximately 12-15 min. Stir occasionally. Then strain, serve and enjoy!
